What is an always-on cloud computer?
TermSquad is an always-on cloud computer for AI agents. It is a persistent Linux environment where your projects, tools and agent sessions live independently from your laptop. You connect through a browser or a compatible SSH tool; disconnecting leaves the computer online.

Explore the documentationDoes my computer stay online when I close my laptop?
Yes. Your TermSquad Computer runs independently from your laptop or browser connection. Closing a tab or losing your connection does not power it off. Shutdowns, restarts and billing suspension are separate lifecycle actions.
What happens to my files when I disconnect?
Your repositories, files, configuration and installed tools remain on the cloud computer through normal disconnects and reconnects. You return to the same environment instead of setting up a new one.
Do my agents keep running after I disconnect?
Agents running in a persistent session can keep working after you disconnect. The computer and session stay available, but an agent may still need your input or encounter a tool error, usage limit or resource limit. Always-on compute does not guarantee that every task finishes unattended.
Can I connect from another device?
Yes. Open the Web Terminal in a browser or use a compatible desktop tool that supports remote SSH environments. Both connect to the same TermSquad Computer, with the same files and tools.
Are AI agents and model usage included in the plan?
TermSquad provides the computer. You bring compatible Linux agents and your own subscriptions or API keys. AI subscriptions and model usage are billed separately by your chosen provider.
Do I need to set up and maintain a VPS?
No. TermSquad provisions the computer and handles the platform baseline and managed operations. You choose your project tools and agents. CPU, memory and storage depend on the plan you select.
