Do TermSquad plans include AI inference or credits?
No. AI subscriptions and usage are not included. TermSquad provides the computer; you choose the agents and AI. Bring your own subscriptions or API keys wherever your chosen agent or tool supports them.
Can I use my existing AI subscriptions and API keys?
Yes, where your chosen agent or tool supports that sign-in method. Your credentials stay in your TermSquad Computer; they do not become a TermSquad AI-credit balance.
Can I upgrade my TermSquad Computer later?
Eligible upgrades are available in the app when your computer is active and the target plan is available to order in its current region. The app shows the exact upgrade action and availability for your computer.
Which regions and locations are available?
TermSquad currently groups locations across America, Europe, and Asia / Oceania. Available locations can change with your plan and live infrastructure stock. The setup flow shows the current options.
Are backup and restore included?
Backup and restore are managed through TermSquad where your current computer and plan support the action. The app shows the available operation and its status, so you do not need to operate a separate backup system.
What happens if I stop my cloud computer?
Stopping is a machine power action, not an immediate subscription cancellation. Your computer and its persistent environment remain associated with your plan while billing and the computer’s lifecycle status are handled in the app.
Can I use the Web Terminal and SSH on every plan?
Yes. The Web Terminal and compatible remote SSH access are part of the TermSquad workflow across plans. Use the terminal in your browser or connect through compatible remote SSH tools. Your plan mainly changes the computing resources available to your computer.
